Any return must be agreed by us first, please do not return goods to us without prior confirmation. Unauthorised returns will be rejected. Damaged & Faulty Goods. Should a product be received in a damaged condition we will provide a replacement or refund providing the buyer has complied with condition 14 of our terms and conditions. Should a product develop a fault at a later date, please contact us in the first instance to clarify if the particular product is covered by any warranty. Short or incorrect deliveries Should your delivery be incorrect or short of any item listed on the delivery note you must contact us within 2 working days. Subject to our investigations, we will arrange to replace or refund the effected products. We will cover the cost of any returns, but reserve the right to nominate our own carrier. Returns of Non Faulty Items Should you wish to return any product(s) bought from this site that are not faulty and were supplied in accordance with your order, we will be happy to refund or exchange the product providing that: i. You have contacted us within 7 days of receiving the product(s). ii. The product is in a fully resalable condition and in its original undamaged packaging (if applicable). iii. You agree to cover the cost of returning the goods to our depot and to a restocking charge of no more than 20% of the total order value (excluding VAT). iv. If you wish to exchange an item for an item of higher value you agree to pay the difference. Refunds will only be made to the original debit/credit card used to purchase the item.
